Extras:

  • Simple background (flat color, gradient, or simple shapes): +$5

  • Detailed background (more complex and detailed scene): +$10 to $20

  • Additional character: +$15–$18 depending on commission type

TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT

  • I accept:

  • Full payment upfront

  • 50% upfront + 50% after completion

  • Paypal

  • Ko-fi

  • Work will not begin until the first payment is received.

PROCESS & REVISIONS

  • Up to 10 changes during the sketch phase are allowed for free.

  • After the sketch is approved, each additional change costs $5 USD.

  • Major changes after the sketch phase may be rejected.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • If no updates are provided after one week, the client may request a refund.

  • If I am unable to complete the commission, a refund will be issued.

  • No refunds will be given if the commission is 70% completed or more.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

  • I retain full rights to the artwork.

  • The client may use the artwork for personal use only.

  • YOU MAY NOT:

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Remove artist credit

  • If shared on social media, credit must be given to me.
